Our Vision
Our vision is to create a safe space for deeply transformational and healing experiences, using the modalities of yoga, meditation, and breathwork as well as intentional holistic healing practices. Through education, extensive resources for preparation and integration, and immersive experiences following a transpersonal therapeutic approach, we are part of an integrated movement towards wholeness and union with body, mind, and spirit.
Your journey is your journey - our intention simply is to equip you with the tools to walk your path with more ease and agency, and to offer support along the way. From the first thoughts of working with holistic modalities to providing you with guidance and resources, all the way to ongoing integration after a deep experience.
We look forward to connecting with you!

David Zwoboda
apprentice under Shipibo healers Silvia “Chononmea” and Noe “Metsa Ronin” | DPT | retreat facilitator
My path of spiritual development began in high school when I found the book Siddhartha, and I knew there was something more to life than the typical American lifestyle. My course remained a traditional one for some time, though I felt a calling towards helping others heal which led me to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Always fascinated with neuroscience, psychology and human behavior, I began to explore & expand my own consciousness in grad school. After working for a year in the traditional medical system, I became thoroughly disillusioned with the traditional approach to “healthcare” and started my own business to bring my holistic point of view to my fellow Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes.
In 2021, fate aligned a Jiu Jitsu camp in Costa Rica that I was attending perfectly with the timing of a medicine retreat at Soltara, where I met Cordi. Our relationship bloomed through a shared spiritual connection to Bhakti Yoga & the Bhagavad Gita, and the healing power of the Medicine. Inspired by the path of Silvia and Noe, I deeply know that the Medicine brought Cordi and I together to support each other in our own healing, and to help spread these gifts to the world.
